Until you change, life cannot change because you make life what it is, but it just takes one thought, one simple effort and the change is in process. There is so much in this Philosophy that needs expressing, that needs organizing. There are so many things as yet unexpressed, unorganized.
Always remain humble. Everyone must remain humble when you recognize the privilege of having that seed of universality and the opportunity to develop it, to experience the benefits of such a wondrous power. It is your responsibility to see that that spark is nourished, is protected, and is expressed in the correct way. It is your responsibility to apply the principles, which are the foundation for the development in a positive way and the expression in a constructive way of this spark. You would not be students; you would not be here if your innermost desire were not to be a Kabalarian and to help the Philosophy in some way. In learning to understand yourself, in putting forth the effort to the steps that are necessary, you are helping, you are strengthening the expression of Truth, of Principle. With every expression of positivity and constructiveness this strength grows. It is a greater influence in the lives of others and in the growth of this Principle, of this organization.
There is so much more to the fundamentals. As you work with them, with the mathematics, the cycles, you find so many more, finer shadings of positivity and constructiveness. The breath is like the sun; it energizes constantly. There is such a power to be utilized in directing efforts to be realized. There is so much that can be done with the breath.
We are in testing times now but be encouraged that each test can become a great achievement because it is a time to understand and eliminate the weaknesses and make them strengths. Students have so much potential as yet undeveloped. It will take the strengthening and the revitalizing of the body to strengthen and revitalize the brain cells for concepts to be understood and growth to be made. Do not let life get you down. Life must be faced and things must be understood, plans must be made but they cannot be accomplished, you cannot have the clarity for your plans unless you have the analysis and it is so dependent on the foundation you create in your effort.
Reach out to the fulfilment of the potential by making new ideals, new growth patterns. Reach out beyond family to develop friendships, to become a natural expression of that spark to help your fellow student and your fellow man. Participate in the expression of this Principle allowing the universal power to grow in strength and broadness, causing its influence to become greater in the world.
When you do relaxed breathing, work to regain mental peace. It will be a great strength. Someday, you will be able to create it and energize it. Then it will truly be a part of you.
