The Light of Life

The Principle is a power. We have all proved that to a degree to the extent that we have applied it. The power is the light of life. Einstein said that the universe is suspended on light, or something to that effect. Light is that suspension of Consciousness. We speak of light and darkness as the two opposites, and we know that lightness is the positivity--the light of day, etc. We know the relative symbolism of light and the positivity of it. But light is the manifestation of energy, and Einstein in his theories of relativity was striving to relate the speed of light and the laws of the universe; and his various concepts of relativity have given science an understanding of how to capitalize on these physical laws and make certain scientific advances.
A Barrier to Pass Through
Light is more than just a physical thing. Light is the demarcation between life and death, between mortal mind and conscious mind. Light is that barrier that man must pass through in order to reach into the beyond. As the old saying, "As above, so below." We know our principle of twelve is divided at the point of six. We also know that up to the six is the outer path, but when we come to the six we speak of the six as dealing with the responsibilities of the outer. And the seven is the quality that turns within to find the abstract plane of Conscious Reason and this really represents the demarcation between light and Consciousness. Beyond light, what? has always been the question. Within light and below light, we have all the finite manifestations of being, every dimensional form, the energies that can be measured. But beyond light, an abstract, as to speak, unknowable. And yet, to a point, it is conceivable in mind, and it is mind that goes beyond light, and it is mind that is the energy that is greater than light, and yet light is the expression of Consciousness. Without light there would be no life, and there would be no mortal consciousness. Without light, there could be no development of mind because there would be no finite form to be the vehicle through which this power of Conscious Reason could express.
