15. Does our thinking influence our health?
Our attitudes and habits of thinking do have an influence on our health. If we are bitter, angry, and critical, our body will respond to these destructive thoughts. The body responds to any mental tension, and will eventually reflect that tension as a physical tension. The cause and effect of thoughts on health is only just starting to be better understood by people outside the Philosophy. We have a saying, “ Happy thoughts are healthy thoughts.”
